NO, Please refer all questions concerning appeals and motions pending before the Board of Immigration Appeals to the Clerk's Office, which may be reached at (703) 605-1007, or consult the Board of Immigration Appeals Practice Manual. The LLIRC is not responsible for any documents received which are intended for the Board of Immigration Appeals Clerk's Office. Please contact the Clerk's Office or consult the Board's Practice Manual regarding all inquiries relating to document submissions.
What is the Law Library and Immigration Research Center (LLIRC)?
The LLIRC is a component of the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR).
The primary purpose of the LLIRC is to distribute legal information relating to decisions rendered by the component agencies of EOIR. The LLIRC also serves a resource for all EOIR staff and the public to conduct legal research and analysis relating to immigration law. This Virtual Law Library serves as a complement to the LLIRC. The Virtual Law Library attempts to organize immigration-related legal resources, as well as the decisions rendered by EOIR's component agencies, into a format easily accessible to all users.

Yes. The public has access to the LLIRC. Please call the Library's Main Number to arrange a time to visit. The LLIRC is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
