341 Meeting Questions
Review the Debtor Identification program acceptable types of ID [PDF - 26 KB] found on this site. In addition, the appointed trustee may request additional documentation to be furnished.
You contact the trustee assigned to the case. A list of trustee names and phone numbers can be found on this site: Chapter 7 Trustees, Chapter 13 Trustees.
Trustee appointments and § 341 dates are computer generated using a blind rotation methodology by the Bankruptcy Court Clerks Office. A Notice of commencement of case, which is mailed, will include date and time of § 341 hearing.
