Meeting of Creditors Telephonic Notice Information

Thursday, April 2, 2020

Effective April 13, 2020, and until further notice, all section 341 meetings will be conducted by telephone only; there will be no in-person meetings. Individual call-in numbers for section 341 meetings have been assigned to each presiding trustee. Call-in numbers and other information, including debtor identification procedures, can be found on the “§ 341 Meeting Locations” page of each district office.

Be advised that all USTP employees are teleworking during the public health emergency and all section 341 meeting rooms are closed. If you have any questions, please contact our main office number and follow the instructions to leave a voicemail message. Messages are being checked regularly throughout the business day and a staff member will get back to you as quickly as possible.
