1417. Concealment Of Weapon

The government must prove that the defendant concealed the weapon, but need not prove that the defendant intended to conceal the weapon. If the weapon is hidden from view, it is concealed for purposes of this statute. See United States v. Flum, 518 F.2d 39 (8th Cir. 1975).
