7.4 - Location

Oral argument is conducted on site at the Board of Immigration Appeals (Board) in Falls Church, Virginia.  In rare instances, the Board may conduct oral argument in a location other than Falls Church, generally through a video teleconference connection at a non-detained immigration court.  8 C.F.R. § 1003.1(e)(7).
