7.1 - Entry of Final Order

The Administrative Law Judge will enter a final order within 60 days after receipt of the hearing transcript or of post-hearing briefs, proposed findings of fact, and/or conclusions of law.  The time for entry of a final order may be extended by the Chief Administrative Hearing Officer for good cause.
