89. Notification And Opting Out

Within 15 calendar days after the acceptance of the class complaint, the EOUSA will notify all of the class members of the acceptance of the class complaint. Also within 15 calendar days of accepting a class complaint, the EOUSA shall use reasonable means, such as hand delivery, mailing to the last known address, or distribution (such as thorough inter-office mail) to notify all class members of the acceptance of the class complaint.

The class members may not "opt out" of the defined class; however, they do not have to participate in the class or file a claim for individual relief. Those who wish to participate will have the opportunity to object to any proposed settlement and to file claims for individual relief if discrimination is found.
