Francis James Acebo Jr., age 34, of Riverton, Wyoming, was convicted on Feb.16 by a federal jury of first-degree murder and using, carrying, and discharging a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence.
Logan Savage,43, of Arapahoe, Wyoming, was sentenced to 36 months in prison for assault resulting in serious bodily injury and, in a separate crime, 24 months in prison for theft from an Indian organization
Dusty Ronald Harris, age 42, of Casper, Wyoming, and Thelma Faber, age 44, of Greeley, Colorado, were arraigned on Jan. 19. Each defendant was charged with possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and fentanyl, aiding and abetting, and conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine and fentanyl.

Truman Sitting Eagle, age 36, and Kandace Sitting Eagle, age 33, of Arapahoe, Wyoming, were arraigned on Jan. 16. They are both charged with aggravated child abuse and assault resulting in serious bodily injury. Their trial has been set for Mar. 18 before U.S. District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson in Cheyenne.
