4.6 - Transcript Requests

The immigration court does not prepare a transcript of proceedings.  See Chapter 3.9 (Record).  Parties are reminded that recordings of proceedings are generally available for review by prior arrangement with the immigration court.  See Part I, Chapter 6.1 (Requests for Records of Proceedings (ROPs)).
