The following sample criminal history chart is provided for general guidance.  A party submitting a criminal history chart should attach all pertinent documentation.  Prior to submitting any filings, parties are expected to have reviewed the pertinent regulations, as well as Part II, Chapter 2 (Filing with the Immigration Court) and Part III, Chapter 2 (Filing with the Board).
