Appx L - Sample Table of Contents

This sample table of contents is provided for general guidance regarding organization and layout.  The documents submitted in immigration court proceedings vary depending on the type of proceeding, the form of relief requested, if any, and the circumstances of the particular case.  Prior to making any submissions, parties are expected to have reviewed the pertinent regulations, as well as relevant language regarding filings before EOIR.  See Part II, Chapter 2 (Filing with the Immigration Court); Part III, Chapter 3 (Appeals of Immigration Judge Decisions); and Part IV, Chapter 2.
