2401. Investigative Jurisdiction Generally

Criminal matters within JM 9-130.000 through JM 9-139.000 are investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and other agencies as indicated in each chapter. The following statutes, however, are primarily investigated by the agencies named below:
